Under30CEO: I stopped making resumes & started building a Life (The Blessing)

ACF Travel & Tours (ACF payment Center)

August 10 2016 – The Blessing

Note: This is no travel guide, rather this is a (micro)photo blog during the blessing of our business and some lengthy sentiments on my journey to being a young CEO.

The Title of this blog explains everything (Title inspired by Under30CEO.com , I recommend young entrepreneurs to visit their site too). YES, I chose to give up making all the impressive resumes for other companies and asked God to lead me upon learning my ways in the business world at 23. But before that, my story was indeed a difficult one, I don’t even know where to begin, it was never easy, there were countless dramas here and there, months of confusions, endless questions on finding out my place in the professional world.

Right after being hired and affiliated with an international company as a travel blogger and contributor, I started turning down professional opportunities and focused my attention in marketing our business and blogging. As what I have mentioned on my other blog, Traveling chose me and I had no other choice but to accept it. ,Finally I was able to embrace the fact that I was born to travel and share this service with everyone else. Indeed, a life full of purpose and love.Who would ever want to escape such surreal reality?

Just this evening, another Flag bearer airline called me to report and be present during an impact interview, prepare the needed documents, updated resumes, photos etc., guess what? I declined.

I DECLINED. Because I found my purpose in blogging and giving service to everyone else who would love to explore the perks of traveling. I declined because, my so called dream job became a distraction to the real dream job. At present, I have scheduled meetings, random blog events etc. and I can no longer say no to all these facts of my present life. Venturing in the business world at a young age will never be easy, there will always be judgments, and a like. Good thing God combined this business profession with being a blogger. It somehow balanced my youth and my adulthood.

These are my definitions of being SUCCESSFUL (it’s never too early to define success) :

To live the life of my dreams , to keep doing what I love & make a living out of it.

For those who are wondering what I meant with giving service to my fellow travelers, I meant booking hotels and budget friendly plane tickets.

hi self!

I have my own standee too. I’ve always prayed to be on something like this someday, I guess everything happens according to His will and in His time. All we have to do is TRUST HIM. 🙂 FAITH BROUGHT ME WHERE I AM NOW. THAT’S MY GREATEST SECRET.

I’ve always wanted to inspire the younger generation through my blogs, but I guess life has offered me a wider scope of audience. Upon observing the ages of my blog readers, I’ve noticed that most of them are in 30’s an above. I came up with the conclusion that most of my readers would have been those who are stressed with life, wanted a few tips on escaping reality by traveling and finding themselves on the process. With this, please allow me to share some of the photos from the blessing & the Grand opening of our main office ACF Travel & Tours last Aug, 10, 2016, may this event inspire you to eventually find your niche, earn from it, learn to build a life instead of making resumes. Enjoy the pictures!
