Into Eastwood Richmonde Hotel Dining Scene

The story behind the REINVENTED DISHES at Eastwood’s Cafe + Bar New Menu is to undeniably  welcome more diners at their restaurant as an affordable fine dining experience in town.

A fusion of different Filipino dishes and international cuisine such as pasta, seafood and Philippine staple food “kakanin” for that scrumptious snack were introduced during the launching.


Attended by another prestigious online personality with YouTube as he’s main platform, a good friend of mine Janford Bonifacio represented the blog and experienced the culinary excellence of this venerable hotel brand, this 18th day of September 2019.

Executive Chef Victor Barangan was keen enough to explain the reinvented dishes , some of which were pasta with fresh seafood clams served in a special sauce.


Curious yet? They were also able to turn our favorite Bibingka into something even special.


Some dishes that did caught our blogger’s attention were the fish skin turned chicharon too.

I can write all day and keep describing all the dishes prepared by this fine hotel, yet I will just be boring you with words and make you hungry over and over again so might as well I end this blog post with a great news!
