The Pandemic Era has greatly affected our lives. Our education is no exception to everything that’s going on around us. I’m pretty sure a lot of you have heard about Homeschool and Online Class, but weren’t knowledgeable enough about it. We are actually on the same page and I have only learned about their differences recently by interviewing a homeschooler and an online class student.

As defined by Wikipedia, Homeschooling is the education of children at home or at a variety of places other than school. Home education or Homeschool  is usually conducted by a parent, tutor, or an online teacher.

Online Class

While according to an online glossary named Tophat, Online Class is a course conducted over the Internet. They are generally conducted through a learning management system, in which students can view their course syllabus and academic progress, as well as communicate with fellow students and their course instructor.

Obviously these definitions weren’t able to tackle various differences between these two. So this blog aims to some how give you a clearer view of what it’s really like to do Homeschool vs. Online class.  Below is a homemade Quarantine Vlog aiming to educate us more about this topic.
