ARTherapy : A travel blogger’s quarantine story

Hi all,

It has been 5 months since the Philippines was placed under Quarantine. True that on some months, things were set to a much relaxed quarantine atmosphere with special classifications, namely “Modified”, “Enhanced” etc. to name a few.

However, COVID-19 cases went up to a 100,000 + (as of writing), a reality which can no longer be taken lightly.

Besides the anxiety brought by the current situation, our mental health has strongly been affected by months of confinement. Some if not most of us clearly has been showing and experiencing “Cabin fever” symptoms.

On this blog post I wish to share one sanity break that may easily be done at the comfort of your home. Psychologically, we badly need a creative outlet to allow ourselves to breathe, all the more during these dark challenging times.

Below are some photos I edited to keep my mind busy despite being confined at home for such a long time.

I’ve been also updating people through my instagram stories,, mostly about my daily quarantine life.

Also, I’ve decided to document my creative outlets through vlogging on my Youtube channel too. Below is the part 1 of my current #ARTherapy . Hoping this may inspire your creative side as well. Enjoy watching.

Stay strong everyone, be safe.
